Sundial is a unique Island property as it is one of very few condominium complexes that allow nightly rentals.

Owners of Sundial condominiums may elect to rent out their units and earn some income to help defray the cost of ownership and take advantage of some tax breaks. Consult you accountant for further information.

Maintenance Fees by Floor Plan

Maintenance fees vary at Sundial West by Floor Plan, and at Sundial East they are the same as the floor plans and square footage are very similar. The Maintenance fees include:

  • Insurance on the building and the unit up to the drywall
  • All exterior maintenance and care of the parking area, landscaping, tennis courts, pools, pest control
  • Elevator maintenance
  • On-site management
